The senior visitation program is outlined in two manuals below. It focuses on forgotten people in nursing homes, board and care homes, hospitals and retirement homes.

Both manuals are PDF files. The first manual contains an overview and the basics of the visitation ministry. The second manual contains a step by step plan on how to get a Senior Visitation Ministry started in your local church.

These manuals are used in a three session training seminar, conducted by Good News Ministry's Senior Director, Sam Parsons. However, they can be downloaded now by anyone, and gleaned from, for an easy step by step application.

Manual One contains 25 pages of vital information, and just some plain, good common sense. Manual Two is a 26 page document primarily meant for local churches. It has very detailed steps containing all the logistics a church would need to start a senior visitation program.
